Seaspray Beach Access

SEASPRAY EQUITABLE BEACH ACCESS
COMMUNITY NETWORK INC

A Victorian Incorporated Not-for-Profit Association

The above Disabled Beach Access Ramp and beach viewing Platform have been closed since December, 2021.

Disabled, frail and other health impacted persons, as well as parents with young children, who have in the past been regular visitors to the Centre Road beach access zone have been unable to access the beach because the Ramp has been closed.

Even for able-bodied persons who may have been capable of managing the steps, the steps have been so impacted by sand buildup that access has been difficult.

The Seaspray Equitable Beach Access Community Network was formed for the purpose of a preparing and submitting a Grant Application under the Victorian Living Local – Regional Grants Program to obtain funding to clean up and repair the Ramp and Platform.
